Variety of green salad leaves
Half a pear
Place the salad leaves on a plate.
Cut up the remaining ingredients into bits sized pieces and arrange over the leaves.
I had half a dozen blueberries left in the fridge so I added those for a little colour and extra goodness.
I make sure there is a healthy combination of foods (and colours if possible) including protein, but I very rarely have bread with my salad.
I did not use any dressing. If desired you could use lemon/balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
